ABOUT THE CEO + HOW PHS BEGAN
I started Planet Hot Shop right from my bedroom, sketching ideas for a brand that would combine my love for hair clips and bikinis. I always had this vision of creating something unique that I didn’t see anywhere else—bikinis that not only looked amazing but also felt luxurious, with a flattering fit that could work for anyone.
I wanted scrunchable, adaptable material that could be adjusted for different levels of coverage, all while enhancing the bum in a way that could offer just right and cheeky. From bikinis to matching hair clips, sarongs, belly chains, and even nude sliders that could be your go-to for any holiday outfit—my goal was to design stylish, minimal packing essentials for the ultimate vacation experience- suited for a girls holiday or holiday away with your boo.
The brand officially launched in April 2023, after months of testing fabrics, styles, and accessories to find that perfect buttery-smooth material that felt luxurious and offered the right fit. I modelled the pieces everywhere I could—every trip, every holiday, turning my travels into opportunities to market Planet Hot Shop. A key touch that elevated the collection even more was the addition of the gold luxury PHS logo on the bum, a unique symbol of the amazing quality and sexiness I wanted to bring to the swimwear world.

​In January 2024, I took the leap and left my corporate marketing job to focus entirely on Planet Hot Shop, as well as being a remote independent travel agent. Just a month later, on my very first day as a full-time business owner, I was asked to showcase my brand at the Fierce Females Club event in Manchester. It was an incredible moment—my designs featured on the catwalk, a pop-up shop, and even speaking on stage in front of hundreds of women. I couldn’t believe the timing and the amazing support I’ve received. My hope is to keep inspiring girls everywhere to feel confident and beautiful in Planet Hot Shop.
